Topics include,liability under Title VII, the Equal Pay Act, Age,Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Americans,with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Family and,Medical Leave Act (FMLA). You will also learn,about how complaints are filed with and,investigated by the Equal Employment Opportunity,Commission (EEOC), with a detailed discussion on,how the employer is required to respond to these,complaints.
