MKT 200 - Customer Relationship Mgt & Sales Examines the field of selling and customer relationship management theory and techniques. Students will acquire the techniques and develop the skills required by successful salespersons including how to best reach a customer and retain them. Students work in teams and individually to prepare and deliver sales presentations through roll play exercises. Some sections of this course will utilize an online course management system for assignment submission, quizzes and interaction outside of the classroom. Reliable Internet access outside of class required. Prerequisites: MKT-110 or BUS-120. Credits: 3 BUS
