DFM 260 - Documentary Filmmaking This course will explore the history of documentary filmmaking with a focus on the social impact of the form. The potential power of video for advocacy, activism, and social change will be highlighted through screenings and production exercises. Students will produce documentary sequences based on the core documentary elements of observation, interview, and montage. Prerequisites: Must have completed 27 credits. Credits: 3 CCM
