INT 310 - International Business Law The course provides an overview of international legal principles used to facilitate international business, and the mechanisms of litigation, dispute resolution, regulatory control, applicable consumer protection, and international business legal norms. Focus areas include international trade; licensing, technology exchange, intellectual property, foreign direct investment, international sales, and regulation of the international market. Prerequisites: Complete 60 credit hours and LAW-140; or by approval of the Dean. Credits: 3 BUS
