BLW 245 - Business Law II Focuses on various forms of legal entities: public and private corporations, limited and general partnerships, and Articles 2 and 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. The major laws governing securities, antitrust, bankruptcy, and environmental issues are reviewed. Special emphasis is given to the legal liability of the professional. This course is designed for the future business manager, entrepreneur, or professional who wishes to have information regarding laws governing business. Prerequisites: LAW-140 Credits: 3 BUS
