GDD 431 - Senior Thesis in Graphic Design This course is available for the advanced design student who is preparing for a Master’s Degree or pursuing research in critical design theory. Guided by in-depth readings in critical theory about design from the mid-nineteenth century onwards, you will read and discuss primary source essays concerning aesthetic theory in a seminar setting. Each student will produce a research paper in the form of a short booklet, to become part of the permanent collection of the Champlain College library. Basic art supplies are required. Prerequisites: GDDM.BS majors only Must have 105 completed credits Credits: 3 CCM
