CMIT 410 - Information Systems Design This is the first of two Management Information System (MIS) courses which introduces and integrates the topics of management and organization theory with technology. The role of MIS is described including current professional practices and methods, presentation of systems theory, organizational models, types of MIS, information needs at different levels of management, and planning and development of MIS systems. Students will integrate their technology skills and explore how those skills can be used in a business environment. Prerequisites: NETW-330, CMIT-310 Credits: 3
