MGMT 360 - Securing Resources The resource acquisition (supply management) process is instrumental in fulfilling an organization’s strategic goals. Students learn about the relationship between supply management and other areas in the organization, such as product and service development, the production/service process, and marketing. Related ethical considerations are strongly emphasized. Additional topics include creating partnerships with suppliers, making in-sourcing and out-sourcing decisions, and a total cost perspective for each option. Globalization, diversity, social responsibility, and introduction to related software applications are integrated throughout the course. Prerequisites: MGMT-310 Credits: 3
