SDEV 200 - Wireless Application Design and, Development Designing applications for mobile devices is considerably different than for desktop computers. Screen size and system resources are limited and users interact differently with the devices. This course provides an overview of information architectures available for a range of wireless devices. Special emphasis will be placed on the implications of platform fragmentation on the design and development of applications among a wide variety of wireless devices. In a hands-on project students will design and develop a web application for use on both desktop and mobile computers. Prerequisites: WEBD-125, CMIT-200 Credits: 3
