MKT 200 - Customer Relationship Mgt & Sales Students will examine the field of professional selling and customer relationship management theory and practice. Students will develop the techniques and skills required by successful salespeople to identify new customers, acquire their business, and maintain the relationship with post-sales service. This course also examines the role that CRM databases play in the sales process. Prerequisites: MKT-110 or BUS-120. Credits: 3 BUS
