WEB 325 - Client Side Scripting This course will emphasize client-side scripting,and Dynamic HTML techniques. This course will,provide coverage of JavaScript and Cascading Style,Sheets as implemented in browsers higher than soft,Internet Explorer 4.X. Students will use the,Document Object Model (DOM) to gain access to one,or more components of a Web page. They will also,learn how to change these components based on the,actions of a user. We then look at how to apply,JavaScript to Cascading Style Sheets to allow,changes to the way a Web page looks after it has,been loaded in a browser. Teams of students work,on a semester-long project to create a dynamic Web,site for an internal or external client. Prerequisites: WEB-225 Credits: 3 ITS
