LEG 470 - Appellate Advocacy Students learn the substance of appellate practice and procedure while developing skills and judgment in the art of persuasion. By pursuing a current, active appeal in the federal system, students will prepare an appellate brief based on an actual appellate record and will argue the appeal as either appellant or appellee at a mock oral argument. Prerequisites: Law major with 90 creidts. Complete LEG-240, LEG-241 and LEG-410 Credits: 3 EHS
