EMM 700 - Thesis Development and Defense Through previous and concurrent Thesis Process and Project course work (EMM-625 and/or EMM-628), the student will finalize iterations of both the written embodiment and conceptual prototype toward a presentation and public showing, with the guidance of an advisor chosen from among the Full Time faculty. While the thesis project may not be fully realized, the student will present a Master’s body of work in tangible form that demonstrates the highest standards of technical and aesthetic quality. Once installed for public display, the student will present the written thesis to a faculty panel which will recommend a grade to the thesis advisor, who will normally also be present for the defense.
Offered Fall, Spring and Summer. Prerequisites This course may be elected during the student’s final semester, or after all course work has been completed. Credit(s): 3
