CMIT 560 - Communication for Technology Leaders

In this course, students explore the various aspects of human interaction required to be successful technology leaders, including communication, collaboration, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence. Students learn how to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, manage diverse perspectives and experiences to promote cross-cultural communication and diversity in the workplace, and effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients to resolve conflicts and negotiate agreements.
