LEG 410 - Constitutional Law Students examine federal constitutional law focusing on the separation of powers and the concept of judicial review of executive and legislative action. Topics include the rights privileges and immunities conveyed to citizens by the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Prerequisites: Must complete 60 credits before enrolling in this course.
