MKT 210 - Consumer Behavior This class provides an introduction to consumer behavior including an in-depth study of the internal and external influences on consumer behavior, consumer personalities, values and motivations, the consumer decision making process and the primary differences between consumer and organizational buying. Students will complete applications of the course material to real-world marketing situations, assess current brands’ marketing strategies with respect to consumer behavior and develop an understanding of the societal impact of consumer behavior. Prerequisites: Compelte BUS-120 or MKT-110. Credits: 3 BUS
