CRIM 420 - Advanced Theory and Practice: Restorative Justice Restorative justice is an alternative approach to the criminal justice system’s punitive responses to crime. This course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of restorative justice principles and practices. Through a combination of theoretical study, case analyses, and practical exercises, students will evaluate and predict the effectiveness of restorative justice and its potential to transform traditional criminal justice approaches.
