MGMT 331 - Human Resources Management II This course provides students an in-depth,exposure to the management of human resources,(HR) with an emphasis on the continuing support,,development and retention of employees. We,discuss the use of performance appraisals;,traditional and incentive-based compensation,plans; employee benefits programs; OSHA and,workplace safety; employee and employer rights;,unions, labor relations and collective,bargaining; and global HR issues. Upon completion,of this course students should be able to,participate actively in the administration of a,broad HR program. Prerequisites: MGMT-330 Credits: 3
