BRD 117 - Introduction to Broadcast Writing

This course teaches the writing styles needed by journalists and media professionals. It stresses Associated Press style and the various types of story structures for radio, TV and web-based platforms. Students will apply their skills to creating content for audio and video mediums and will focus on news and feature writing formats.
