EGD 380B - Advanced Seminar: Game Design


Advanced Seminars vary in topic and are designed to provide the advanced student with time for personal development of their portfolio in a specific area of Game Design. Examples of projects include: Designing and documenting an original game concept. Designing, documenting, and constructing a series of level mods. Designing and constructing a mobile game. Designing and constructing and alternative controller. Students propose and create a production schedule for their semester projects, have multiple critiques through the semester and present portfolio quality work at completion of the course. Prerequisites Game Design majors only or permission of Game Design Program Director and complete GMD-210 with a “C” or better.
