PSY 285 - Mindcraft:Be the Boss of Your Thoughts


Students will explore the science of well-being and learn practical strategies for developing a positive stress mindset, relationships, mind/body balance, and self-compassion. We will examine the importance of mental health awareness and resiliency skills, as well strengthening our mindfulness and gratitude practice with new techniques. Students will evaluate and apply the new theories and skills learned when they create their own Optimal Well-being & Life Satisfaction (O.W.L.S.) well-being & success plan, which will involve a series of inventories, interviews, and personal reflection in a variety of areas.
